Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their device, including keeping the Device lock, PIN, Passcode, and any other credentials or access the Wallet, card information, and any other personal or payment related information associated with the device.
The terms and conditions governing the customer’s card do not change when the customer adds their Card to the wallet. The wallet simply provides another way to make purchases with the Card. Additionally, any fees and charges to the Card will also apply when the customer use the wallet to access their card. The wallet provider and other third parties such as wireless companies or data service providers may levy fees/charges to their policies, and the cutomers assumes full responsibility for these without any liability on UWallet.
